A copy of your eCard will be kept on our servers for thirty days. We will occasionally monitor the content of the eCards to prevent spam and inappropriate content. |
| Not able to view an eCard? |
| If you aren’t able to view the eCard, you likely don’t have Flash installed, or the version that you have is outdated. Click here to download a free copy of Flash. Note for Windows XP SP 2 users: If the installation doesn't fix the problem, please try it again, and watch for a off-white bar under the address bar to appear. If you feel that the operation is safe, you may proceed by clicking the bar and choosing the "Allow" option. |
| What if the recipient doesn’t receive the card? |
| If your recipient doesn’t receive your eCard, then you probably didn’t type in their address correctly. At that point, it would be easiest for you to forward the pick up URL link to the eCard recipient. You can also resend the card to the proper address. |
| Is there a limit to how many eCards I may send? |
| No, you may send as many as you like. |
| I don’t see an eCard I want to send. |
